Supply data in an Excel file with the product's national code or barcode in the first column, without formatting, bullet points or semicolons. We will provide a template for descriptions. For photos, include that code in the filename, separated by hyphens, for example "Productname-3787918-nl-fr.jpg" for a Belgian product.

You can edit data yourself on the Medipim platform or send changes through an API integration. Leaving data management to Medipim? Then tell us which products and data need to change, and we will make the agreed changes.

On the product page, you can add, edit or delete descriptions. Select your own company as the source, choose the description type and add a version in each language of the market. When you make changes, update the other language versions too. Want to add or edit many descriptions at once? Contact our content team, so you don't have to edit each description separately.

Yes. Medipim photographs your products and puts the images into a uniform format. For each photo, we record which languages appear on the packaging and what type of photo it is. This makes it easy for customers to select the right image for their application.

Yes. Medipim has its own photo studios, for example at Febelco in Belgium, CERP Rouen in France, Jacoby in Salzburg, HRG in the United States and a community pharmacy in Australia. Discuss with us which images you need and how photography fits into your partnership.

Open the Media tab for your product on the platform and upload your images. An image must be a square JPG file larger than 1500 by 1500 pixels. Then select the language and image type: packshot, product shot, lifestyle image or pill photo. If an image does not meet the requirements, you will receive an error message. Our content team will be happy to help you upload it.

Yes. Upload a brochure as a PDF. You cannot upload videos directly, but you can link to a video hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. Brochures and videos can be linked to several products at once.

You cannot delete an image, but you can hide it by no longer publishing it. The image will then no longer be shared through the API.
